Salma has worked extensively within the political strategic sphere both as a Special Adviser in UK Parliament, and as effective CEO for a strategy consultancy established by a former Foreign Office chief. 

She advises and represents parliamentarians, governments, companies, sovereign wealth funds and high net worth individuals across the world. 

Salma  is also Managing Partner at  Anaraa Law  www.anaraa-law.com  from where she  practises as a Barrister at the Bar of England and Wales.

Rory is a former Household Cavalry officer, previously responsible for the successful strategic development and implementation of a Government commercial contracting vehicle worth tens of millions. 

Rory is also a former Business Director at one of the world’s largest and most successful advertising and strategic communications agencies, overseeing European  and international operations.

William is an expert in Innovation and its intersection with Intellectual Property.  His specialisms include Tech; Pharma and AI.  
He  advises and represents international companies from start-ups to multinational conglomerates and has an unrivalled reputation in his field. 

William is also a specialist Intellectual Property Barrister, practicing at the Bar of England and Wales from 8 New Square Chambers .  He can be instructed in this capacity through Anaraa Law.

Justin - known as Reuts - has extensive experience in both the development and execution of strategy to maximise output and economic gain; and in the advice and mentoring of senior leaders in the UK and overseas.

A former Air Vice-Marshal - a 2 Star military officer - Reuts has commanded the RAF's equivalent of 'Top Gun' and excelled in a range of senior command and leadership roles before taking the post of Strategy Director for UK Strategic Command.   In this role, he provided the strategic direction for an annual budget of £7bn and a staff of 25,000.  

Reuts has briefed Prime Ministers, senior UK Minsters, ambassadors and foreign leaders, winning their trust and investment.  He was appointed a Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in 2020.

 A highly experienced former member of the Armed Forces with over 30 years of distinguished service, Paul brings a wealth of leadership, strategic insight, and operational precision to both Anaraa Consulting and its client engagements. 

He is widely recognised for his ability to navigate complex commercial landscapes, with a proven track record in enabling clients to secure traction, visibility, and outcomes in competitive markets.    Since transitioning to the commercial sector more than a decade ago, he has successfully led a specialist consultancy, guiding the development and successful market introduction of client solutions across public and private sectors. His commitment to excellence was formally recognised in 2015 when he was appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE).

Paul's leadership at Anaraa Consulting is defined by integrity, clarity, and a mission-focused mindset. His operational depth and commercial foresight continue to deliver measurable value to our clients through tailored strategies, stakeholder alignment, and mission-ready implementation.

Patrick is a senior defence strategist, international policy advisor, and leadership expert with extensive experience in UK and international military affairs. 

His career includes senior diplomatic roles as the UK Defence Attaché to Saudi Arabia and Qatar, where he shaped major bilateral defence agreements and responses to regional crises. 

Patrick has also served as a NATO strategist, where he developed pioneering approaches to cognitive warfare and strategic communication, now embedded in alliance doctrine.

He has commanded major RAF training institutions, advised government at the highest levels, and driven defence transformation initiatives across the Gulf region. He also continues to serve as an Air Commodore in the RAF Reserve, supporting the UK MOD on Middle East strategy and policy development. 

A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, he holds postgraduate degrees in military science and business administration and speaks Arabic and Spanish. He is a recipient of both the CBE and OBE for services to UK defence and leadership.
